They say that eczema cannot be cured so why are doctors and specialists taking your money just to treat something, that could be treated naturally, the way God intended in the first place. Now do not get me wrong here I do believe that doctors serve their purpose, but I do believe that if we start to get back to nature, our lives will get better.

Many people even though they have had tons of medical help for eczema have experienced no relief. Let us try going natural to experience  some relief,  hopefully by following a few of these natural tips below, you may find some relief from eczema.

Natural Remedy #1 – Your Diet

The average persons diet contains a fair amount of acid. Scientists have proven that that acid in your diet can be very bad for Eczema. There are two solutions to this problem. One, cut down on acidic foods(which is harder than it sounds) or Two, take kelp supplements. Kelp is very high in alkali, and will help to neutralize some of the acid.

Natural Remedy #2 – Vitamin E

The main benefit is that it can greatly reduce the itching and discomfort you can feel in your worst Eczema prone areas. By neutralizing the microbes in the area-these microbes are thought to be to blame for the irritation which causes the itching.

Natural Vitamin E is much more efficient than the synthetic, so be careful when buying.

Natural Remedy #3 – Blueberry Extract

Blueberry leaves have a natural acid in them, which acts as a natural anti inflammatory. Using and appling this regularly, can really help in the long term.

Blueberry leaf extract can be found at your local health store.

Natural Remedy #4 – Moisturize

Moisturizing with a natural moisturizer can be the difference between a bad break out and just a small break out, but many people just don’t bother. If you are in a regular regime of moisturizing, you will dramatically cut the effects of eczema on your life. It’s best to moisturize as often as possible, twice a day if possible, and it’s also best to do it after bathing or showering.

Apply the moisturizer when your skin is still slightly damp, and you will be helping to seal that all important moisturizer inside your skin Eczema is never good news, but most people don’t realize they can make a real difference to it if they take some action!

Hopefully you will use these tips and find some real freedom
