Cellulite Treatment through Targeted Anti-Cellulite Exercises

It’s no secret. Cellulite reduction is a common wish among women of all ages, regardless of body weight or body fat. Women spend billions of dollars on cellulite treatments and cellulite creams every year, usually with little or no lasting results. There are tons of articles out there giving you ‘the answers’. (And I don’t mean the ‘advertorials’ that are trying to sell you anti cellulite cream, lotion or pills.) The truth is, your best weapons in your battle against unwelcome cellulite and the burning question ‘how to get rid of cellulite’?, are a smart nutritional routine and a consistent, properly structured home workout program consisting of targeted anti-cellulite exercises.

Anti cellulite nutrition focuses on minimally processed, high nutrient content foods. Salads, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins such as fish, turkey, beans and eggs are at the top of the list for foods that promote cellulite reduction.

As for the properly structured cellulite exercise workout program, I’ve put together a butt, hip and thigh routine which you can incorporate into your current workouts if you have one. This routine specifically targets the areas where cellulite tends to ‘hang out’.

Bear in mind, I’ve been training people since the late eighties. Speaking strictly from experience, I can tell you that the following routine is responsible for helping many women dramatically change the appearance of their cellulite areas.

- Lying on your side, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:

  • 1) Bring both knees forward so your hips are at a 90 degree angle. Then straighten your top leg out in front of you, still keeping 90 degrees at the hip. Lift the top leg slowly about three feet off the ground & down.
  • 2) Straighten both legs so your body is in a straight line. Tilt the hips forward slightly. Lift the top leg about three feet off the ground & down.
  • 3) Repeat on the other side.

- On the elbows and knees, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:

  • 1) Extend one leg straight back with your toe on the ground. Lift that leg up toward the ceiling & down. Then switch legs.
  • 2) Lift your knee off the floor. Extend that same heel back and up so your leg is pointing toward the ceiling & then bring the knee back into you. Then switch legs.

- Standing up, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:

  • 1) Start with your feet together. Step out in front in to a lunge position. Touch the ground with opposite hand. Come back up & step back to the starting position. Then switch legs.
  • 2) Put one foot up on a step (12 – 18 inches high). Slowly step up and down with the other foot. Then switch legs.

If this routine is easy try going through it twice. If you still need more of a challenge, increase the reps to 15 or 20 per set. Do this anti cellulite exercise program two to three times per week and you’ll soon realize that you have found a true cellulite treatment that will also save you a lot of money that you would be spending on cellulite treatments, creams and lotions that never work. Remember, ‘it’s all in the exercises’.

Cellulite Treatment that is a Permanent Cellulite Reduction Plan

Lower body cellulite is the nasty, unsexy condition that affects ladies of all ages, sizes and body-types. One of the most desired goals for the female body is permanent cellulite reduction and removal. There are many great positions and pleasurable movements that will allow you to break a good sweat as you work out your butt, hip and thighs – OH YEAH BABY!

  • THREE – Quickly disown your dear mother… If you have been cursed with cellulite – there’s a good chance you’re blaming your innocent mom for it. Are Cellulite Reduction Treatments a Scam

It’s no secret that there are scam cellulite treatments in the form of exercise gadgets, creams, lotions, cellulite wraps and pills just to name a couple, that are actually causing more cellulite problems on women’s toughest trouble spots. The FDA and the FTC are constantly putting the squeeze on companies that market these rip-off products and programs to unsuspecting women.

But even with this type of policing – innocent women are still falling victim to body harming cellulite treatments. Here’s a perfect example:

A typical woman gets so furious about the cellulite bumps and dimples on her lower body and finally decides to start an exercise program, something she really doesn’t want to do. But since the girl that does her manicures told her that she heard exercise gets rid of cellulite in the legs, butt, hips, thighs and tummy…

She joins the local gym and gets put on an exercise program with all the typical weights and machines – which is the equivalent of feeling the need to break an egg… with a friggin’ sledge hammer for heaven’s sake…

It’s important to note this type of situation can happen many ways – like a helpful husband who buys the wife a trashy piece of anti-cellulite exercise equipment, or the boyfriend encourages his girlfriend to join Curves circuit training for ladies… just too many to list here.

So she gets into the exercise routine …busting her butt for a few weeks …the initial muscle soreness diminishes and she’s cruising along doing two or three hard leg, butt, thigh and ab workouts every week.

But every time she strips down to naked before getting in the bath or shower – she glances in the mirror and the dimply bumpy skin is still there with no cellulite reduction at all – maybe just a little stronger in the legs – BUT with a few new aches and pains in her back, knees and hips to go along with the first stages of humiliation and anger.

Here’s a great analogy that illustrates this perfectly:

Do you remember that scene in Rocky where he beats the daylights out of the side of beef hanging in the meat locker where Paulie works?

When he’s done killing the side of beef with all he’s got – it still in one piece, however it’s badly bruised, pretty bloodied, and obviously battered with some broken ribs. Later that same hunk of beef which took a vicious pounding, gets sliced, trimmed and cut into a few dozen pieces with a small, but razor sharp butcher’s knife without the weak butcher breaking one drop of sweat or getting out of breath

Here’s the lesson – the butcher got the precise job done, properly, with the right tools and the targeted method

Which takes me back to the fact about nasty cellulite treatments that actually make the condition worse – the horrific opposite of what women want!.

So the woman we were talking about earlier is now a few more weeks into her cellulite reduction exercise program and she’s convinced the cellulite is not reducing, on the contrary – as much as she doesn’t want to admit, she’s realizing the cellulite is getting even worse.

Truth be told, an exercise program that doesn’t get rid of lower body cellulite – won’t prevent it from getting worse and spreading either. Mean, but still true nonetheless.

Easy to understand, right?

Naturally, this frustrated woman quits the body bashing fitness center workouts and gives up hope. Now here’s the deeper issue and bigger problem. She still actually thinks the exercise program she was on was intended to reduce her cellulite, when in reality it wasn’t at all.
